Very nicely furnished single apartment in a quiet cross street between Kollwitzplatz and Kastanienallee. Super central location and still very quiet. The apartment is "indeed" at ground level and in the backyard, but is so comfortably furnished, that you can create a wonderful retreat there. The kitchen is small but very practical and well thought out, the bathroom as well - it even has a small sylish sink from a former hotel. The four-poster bed is very cozy - and there is a small sofa bed for visiting. There are also two armchairs and a table. A wardrobe is also available.
