Fantastic apartment right on the Rhine

The apartment has 2.5 rooms and a total area of approx. 70 square meters. The apartment can sleep up to 4 people. There is a double bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room. In addition, the apartment has a relatively large balcony with balcony furniture and an awning on the street side. The apartment has everything you need for everyday life: Towels, bed linen, washing machine, dryer, coffee machine, dishes, dishwasher, shampoo, soap (hygiene items), WiFi, etc. If required, a garage parking space in the house for 10 € / day; 115€/month available. Access for disabled guests is also conditionally guaranteed. Unfortunately, fully automated wheelchairs are NOT suitable for the apartment. Narrow wheelchairs, walkers, and flexible/folding wheelchairs are acceptable. In this case, access to the apartment can be guaranteed via the underground car park. There is a ramp in the underground car park (width approx. 1m) which leads to the elevator. However, the elevator only has a clear passage width of approx. 68.5 cm and a depth of approx. 77 cm. The apartment does not have a walk-in shower or bath.
