The 34 sqm apartment is modern and comfortable furnished. There is a new kingsize bed (1,80 m x 2m). It has a fully equipped kitchen with oven, refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee maker, kettle. It has a small bath with a bathtub. A TV and free WiFi are included. On request, a weekly cleaning service is for € 66.00 per week possible. Please note that the apartment is on the first floor and there is a bar on the ground floor of the building. It can get noisy during the week and mostly during the weekends! City-Tax: since 01.12.2014, the City of Cologne has levied a cultural subsidy tax (bed tax) amounting to 5% of the rent. We have therefore been obliged by the City of Cologne to demand this from our guests with a private stay.
