t is a very beautiful semi-detached house with a great view into the greenery. The large window fronts let a lot of light into the apartment. The apartment consists of a kitchen, entrance, staircase, guest toilet and a living room on the ground floor with a large terrace and garden. On the upper floor you will find the newly renovated bathroom with shower and double washbasin and a separate toilet as well as a large bedroom with double bed and large built-in wardrobe, a small room with double bed and wardrobe and a small room with single bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers. Because of the idyllic garden with a large terrace and the beautiful furnishings, it has its own Mediterranean flair. The location is very convenient as the apartment is close to the S-Bahn station of the airport line S8 and from there you can easily reach the city centre. (about 15 minutes). To the S-Bahn station you walk about 5-8 minutes depending on the speed. It is also very easy to reach the Munich Trade Fair Centre by car (about 8 minutes) and the city centre (15-20 minutes). Furthermore, a bus runs directly in front of the door in various directions (U4, city centre and also to the trade fair).
